HALIFAX – Tim Outhit announced late on Tuesday that he will be a municipal candidate in the upcoming by-election for District 21 in Bedford. Outhit is the president and CEO of novaknowledge. He is also a strong supporter of groups such as the Greater Halifax Partnership, Halifax Chamber of Commerce, FUSION Halifax, Halifax Student Alliance, Metropolitan Immigrant Settlement Association (MISA), Envision Halifax and JCI.
