Sanchin Films Produces TimTV Webisodes for HRM Council Candidate Tim Outhit

APRIL 10, 2008, BEDFORD, NS: Sanchin Films and the Committee to elect Tim Outhit for HRM Council announced jointly today the launch of TimTV, a series of web videos - "webisodes" - profiling Bedford candidate Tim Outhit. The series will follow Outhit as he organizes his campaign, profile the candidate's family and supporters, document special events, and explore key policy issues. Voters can watch webisodes online or download the videos to their iPods at Outhit's official site, BedfordLeader.com. TimTV is also available by free subscription in the iTunes store.

"Through my career I have been a strong advocate for Nova Scotia’s knowledge-driven economy," said Outhit. "Reaching out to voters using innovative methods is part of that commitment. I am so pleased to have an award-winning Bedford-based filmmaker Paul St. Amand who could help me realize my vision for the campaign."

St. Amand, president of Sanchin Films and a Bedford native, will follow Outhit periodically during his campaign, leading up to Election Day, May 3. The first three episodes of TimTV - covering the campaign's kick-off party and Tim’s trip to City Hall to register as a candidate - are available now, with additional episodes planned for major campaign events and important policy discussions.
