Councillor Outhit Co-Hosts Town Hall Meeting in Bedford Councillor Tim Outhit, District 21, Bedford, will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting, jointly, with the Bedford Community Council Association, on Thursday, April 2, at the Basinview Community School. The Councillor is inviting all residents of Bedford to attend. HRM staff will be in attendance to answer questions and there will be updates on Waterfront Development, new rink, proposed fast ferry, Old Fire Hall, policing issues, as well as, a Pace Car presentation.
